No. The Tech Tutors focuses on tutoring, setup, configuration, connectivity, and everyday troubleshooting rather than hardware repair.
Your Tutor will make reasonable efforts within our service scope, then explain the appropriate next step — which may involve a manufacturer, carrier, internet provider, repair provider, cybersecurity specialist, or another qualified professional.
We're designed to minimize a Tutor's access to private credentials. Whenever reasonably possible, you enter passwords and authentication codes yourself.
