Please do not enter sensitive credentials into our forms. Our ordinary customer forms should never be used to collect:

• Passwords
• PINs
• One-time authentication codes
• Social Security numbers
• Banking credentials
• Complete payment-card information

If a task requires a password or a code during an appointment, you keep control of it and enter it yourself. We do not store it.

We use the information above to:

• Verify phone numbers
• Send one-time login codes
• Schedule appointments
• Provide services
• Send appointment updates

• Manage subscriptions

The Tech Tutors may collect your mobile phone number when you voluntarily provide it for account verification and for the other SMS services we explicitly disclose to you. We only use your mobile information to provide the SMS services you have consented to receive.

Those messages may include:

• One-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification
• Passwordless account login codes
• Account-security messages
• Appointment request and confirmation messages
• Appointment updates
• Other service-related transactional account communication

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We obtain your mobile number directly from you — you type it into our website yourself during account registration or when you ask us to text you. We also record your SMS messaging consent (the date, time, mobile number, and the exact disclosure wording you agreed to) as proof of opt-in. Our registered messaging program is account authentication and verification, including one-time passcodes (OTP), plus related transactional service messages.

SMS opt-in consent is specific to The Tech Tutors and is not transferable to any other business or organization.

Service providers may receive limited information only when reasonably necessary to perform a function for us, such as SMS delivery, hosting, payment processing, or scheduling. They act on our instructions and may never use your mobile number or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

• Online payments are processed by approved third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
• The Tech Tutors does not directly store complete card numbers or CVV codes.
• We may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, and related business records.

We work with a small number of providers so the service can function. Categories that may apply include:

• SMS and authentication providers, for one-time verification codes
• Payment processors, when online payment is offered
• Email providers, for confirmations and receipts
• Hosting and database infrastructure providers
• Calendar and scheduling providers
• Security and fraud-prevention providers

Providers receive only what they need to perform their function for us, and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are excluded from any sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Where an SMS provider receives your mobile number, it is solely to deliver the messages you asked for on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share personal information with affiliates, business partners, advertising partners, marketing partners, data brokers, or any similar third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

To be completely clear: nothing anywhere in this policy permits mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent to be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with another company or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. That category of information is used only to deliver the SMS services you consented to receive from The Tech Tutors.

The only times we share information at all are: with the service providers listed above, who act for us and under our instructions; when you ask us to; or when we are legally required to (for example, a lawful request or to protect someone’s safety). Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are excluded from all of these categories for marketing or promotional purposes.
