Family & authorized contacts
Clearly separate: who's paying, and who's getting help
Adult children buying for a parent, grandchildren arranging help for a grandparent, and caregivers arranging service are all welcome.
What we collect
- Only what's needed for scheduling and service administration
- Name and contact details for the person receiving help
- Service address when a visit is in the home
- Preferred contact method
What authorization never means
- No access to private device contents
- No access to passwords or authentication codes
- No access to messages or email contents
- No access to medical, financial, or account information
