These terms describe the text messages The Tech Tutors sends, how often, and how to stop them.

Program / Sender

Messages are sent by The Tech Tutors (TTT), a service of Divine Labs LLC. Every message identifies us by name.

Message Types

Customers who consent may receive transactional messages such as:

  • One-time account verification codes
  • Login codes
  • Account-security messages
  • Appointment request confirmations
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Rescheduling notices
  • Cancellation notices
  • Appointment reminders
  • Membership and account transactional updates

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity, login attempts, appointments, and services requested.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to opt out of eligible SMS communications.

Opting out of authentication text messages may prevent you from using SMS-based passwordless login until you choose another supported sign-in method, such as an emailed one-time code. You can switch methods any time in your member profile, and we’ll never leave you without a way in.

Carrier Disclaimer

Text messages depend on mobile carriers, and delivery is not guaranteed. Messages can be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons outside our control, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
